I sure did take care of the melting ice cream. I ate a whole bowl. I guess that is good since I really wanted to eat it all. The recipe is super easy. Mentally, I’d like it better if it didn’t use Cool Whip, (have you ever read the ingredient list on the tub…nothing natural about it) but it sure tastes good. This is very quick and easy to make.
- 1/2 carton of chocolate milk
- 1/2 tub of Cool Whip
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- unsweetened cocoa powder to taste (my own addition to the recipe…was not quite chocolatey enough for me without adding it)
Mix all together and add to your ice cream freezer per its instructions. Enjoy!
